BLUEBERRY-BUTTERSCOTCH BARS

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 3/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 1/2 cup butterscotch chips
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar

Directions

  • Mix flour salt, baking soda, butter and sugar. Fold in blueberries. Press gently but firmly into pan. Mix butterscotch chips with brown sugar and spread over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes in a greased 9×13 pan
