Blueberry quick bread
1 cup milk
3 cups all purpose flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup sugar
3 Tablespoons cooking oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
Beat eggs; add sugar gradually, mixing thoroughly.
Add milk and oil, then add dry ingredients, mixing until smooth. Fold in blueberries.
Spread batter in greased and floured 9x5 inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350 degrees in a preheated oven for about 60 minutes.
