Booze-y Pudding Shots!

Serves about 3 dozen | Prep Time 10 minutes | Cook Time

Ingredients

1 6-oz box of instant chocolate pudding
1 cup Irish cream liquor
1/2 cup vodka
1 1/2 cups milk
2 8-oz containers of Cool Whip, thawed


Combine pudding mix & milk in a bowl. Add Irish cream & vodka & whisk until smooth. Add the Cool Whip, a large dollop at a time & fold together until thoroughly mixed, but still light & fluffy. Line a cookie sheet with dixie cups. Pour about 2 oz. of the pudding mixture into each cup. Cover with plastic wrap & freeze until ready to serve. Allow to thaw about 15-20 minutes before "shooting." (I eat mine with a spoon)
