Pairs Well With

I have never tried authetic bourbon chicken before so I do not know how this compares to the real thing, but I do know that this dish is wonderful.

Tips: If you prefer a thicker sauce make a slurry with cornstarch and water and add it to the sauce while cooking.

We followed the recipe exactly, and this is a great recipe! We felt that there was a little too much soy sauce for our tastes, it's very overpowering. I will definitely be making this again but will reduce the soy sauce measurement. I would also recommend adding some asian veggies or something to give it more substance. All in all it was delicious.
