INGREDIENTS
- Cooking Time: 105

- 8 pound precooked smoked ham
- olive oil
- minced garlic
- honey
- pineapples
- juice from canned pineapples
- bourbon
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 375
Score the ham
Heat oil in sauce pan
Brown 1 heaping tablespoon of minced garlic
Add pineapple juice from a 20 ounce can of pineapple slices and a squirt of honey and 1/3 cup of bourbon
Reduce for 15 minutes into a nice syrup
Insert ham into oven while glaze is reducing
Once the glaze is ready, spread it across the ham
Add 1/2 inch of water to the baking pan to scoop and reuse glaze
Cook ham for 2 hours, adding more glaze as you feel necessary.
Lay slices of pineapple over the ham for the last 20 minutes
