- 2 ounces Drambuie
- 2 ounces Brandy
- 1/2 gallon French vanilla ice cream
Mix Drambuie and Brandy together in blender.
Slowly add softened ice cream blending until smooth.
Store in freezer until ready to serve.
Serve it in a Brandy Snifter with your favorite cookies. A friend gave it to me when we lived in Okla. You can add more ice cream if you want to make it thicker. Do not add more alcohol.
