BRAZILIAN CHICKEN MARINADE

Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 bunch scallions, trimmed and chopped
  • 1/2 cup trimmed cilantro
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. Pepper
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 1/2 cup olive oil

Directions

  • Blend all ingredients to a coarse puree in food processor.
  • Marinate chicken 4 hours or overnight before grilling.
