BREAD STUFFING

Ingredients

  • 6-7 slices dry bread
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • Seasonings
  • Giblets, ground or chopped (optional)

Directions

  • Soak bread in water
  • Sauté celery and onion
  • Squeeze bread, removing as much water as possible
  • Mix all ingredients together
