I can't remember where I found this recipe. It's a easy meal that can be served for company or can be something easy during the week. Great with mashed potatoes and grilled veggies or salad.


  • 4 chicken breast halves
  • 2 T crushed garlic
  • 1/4 C olive oil
  • 1/4 C dry bread crumbs
  • 1/4 C parmesan cheese


  • Warm garlic and oil to blend flavor.
  • Combine bread crumbs and parmesan cheese.
  • Dip chicken in oil mixture, then crumb mixture. Bake 30-35 minutes.
