- 4 chicken breast halves
- 2 T crushed garlic
- 1/4 C olive oil
- 1/4 C dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 C parmesan cheese
- Warm garlic and oil to blend flavor.
- Combine bread crumbs and parmesan cheese.
- Dip chicken in oil mixture, then crumb mixture. Bake 30-35 minutes.
NotesI can't remember where I found this recipe. It's a easy meal that can be served for company or can be something easy during the week. Great with mashed potatoes and grilled veggies or salad.
