- 2 eggs
- 2 boxes jiffy corn bread
- 8 oz reduced fat sour cream
- 14 oz canned or thawed frozen corn, drained
DIRECTIONS
heat oven to 400°
lightly spray - 9x13 pan
bake 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown
