Ingredients

  • Cornbread Or Cornbread Muffins
  • (Very Moist)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 boxes jiffy corn bread
  • 8 oz reduced fat sour cream
  • 14 oz canned or thawed frozen corn, drained

Directions

  • heat oven to 400°
  • lightly spray - 9x13 pan
  • bake 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown
