BREAKFAST BURGER

Ingredients

  • 4 Hamburger buns
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 4 slices thick country ham
  • 4 slices american cheese
  • mayo, optional

Directions

  • Heat ham in skillet over medium heat. Set aside. Wipe skillet out.
  • Butter buns and brown in same skillet. Place ham on one bun, top with cheese and top bun.
  • Some apply mayo before you place ham on bun and you can add lettuce and tomato, too.
