Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients

20 ounce bag frozen hash browns, thawed
8 Tbs. melted butter
salt and pepper to taste

10 Eggs
2 Cups Monterey Jack cheese, grated
1/2 - 3/4 Cup milk
1 1/2 Cups cubed ham

1 Cup Cheddar grated


Preheat oven to 425 degrees.


Press hash browns into a 11x7" baking dish, brush with melted butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper. bake 25 minutes at 425 degrees.


Mix together eggs, monterey jack cheese, milk and ham. Pour over hash browns. Bake 15 minutes covered and 20 minutes uncovered at 350 degrees.


Sprinkle cheddar cheese over top, return to oven until melted.
