Breakfast Pineapple Casserole
1 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Butter -- melted
3 eggs -- beaten
6 slices white bread slices -- cubed
20 ounces crushed pineapple in juice -- undrained
1/2 cup milk
Moisten bread cubes with milk. Mix with remaining ingredients, and bake in a 2-quart covered casserole at 375F degrees for 45 minutes. Serve warm.
