- 2 LBS lean ground turkey
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sage
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp Thyme
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 dash liquid smoke
- Combine all of the above and mix into patties, place on a greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
