BREAKFAST TURKEY PATTIES

Ingredients

  • 2 LBS lean ground turkey
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sage
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp Thyme
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 dash liquid smoke

Directions

  • Combine all of the above and mix into patties, place on a greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
  • With this recipe you can adjust the ingredients to your taste....add or take out...

Notes

My husband loves sausage and this is what I came up with for a more healthier recipe for a breakfast patty.
