BREAKFEST CASSEROLE

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 2c. milk
  • 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb. sausage
  • 6 slices white bread
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard

Directions

  • Cook and drain sausage, cool. Beat eggs, add milk, salt and mustard. cube bread and stir into milk mixture, add cheese and sausage. Bake in greased glass baking dish at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
