Brenda's Pecan Nut Balls
2 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups pecans, finely chopped
4 Tbsp sugar
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup pound butter (at room temperature)
Powdered sugar, to coat (about 1 cup)
Mix together and roll into small balls.
Bake 275 degree oven on ungreased cookie sheet - 30 minutes.
Roll in powdered sugar while still warm.
