- Flour tortillas
- Brie cheese
- Sliced red grapes (you can use green too)
- In between two tortillas spread Brie and a generous amount of sliced grapes. Heat the tortilla (without oil or butter) in a frying pan, on the stove top until golden brown and cheese has melted.
- Cut into six to eight triangles and serve with a guacamole garnish.
