Brine Tender and Sweet Shrimp
2 quarts water
1/4 Cup Kosher Salt
1/4 Cup Sugar
Soak 30-40 Minutes
Drain, Rinse and Cook.
Always remember when you cook shrimp if you overcook them they become rubbery and tough.
Shrimp cook in a matter of minutes, like 4 minutes a side. They will turn a nice pink color, don't cook more than 10 minutes total.
I hate the precooked shrimp worse than poison, does that tell you how good they are.
