  • 1 bunch broccoli
  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1 C butter
  • 6 T flour (6 T = 1/2 C)
  • 3 C milk
  • 3 C half and half
  • 1/2 t garlic
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1/2 t pepper
  • 6 Chicken boullion cubes


  • Stem or boil veggies till almost tender. In large pot melt the butter, add flour to thicken. Combine warm milk and half & half (I heated in microwave) Pour into the butter mixture. Add spices and boullion. Stir constantly until thick. DO NOT BOIL. Add veggies and simmer.
