- 1 bunch broccoli
- 1 head cauliflower
- 1 C butter
- 6 T flour (6 T = 1/2 C)
- 3 C milk
- 3 C half and half
- 1/2 t garlic
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 t pepper
- 6 Chicken boullion cubes
- Stem or boil veggies till almost tender. In large pot melt the butter, add flour to thicken. Combine warm milk and half & half (I heated in microwave) Pour into the butter mixture. Add spices and boullion. Stir constantly until thick. DO NOT BOIL. Add veggies and simmer.
