- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 lb. broccoli
- 1 sweet red onion
- 1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 3 oz. sunflower seeds
- 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1. Cut broccoli into bite-size pieces and put in a large bowl.
- 2. Add chopped onion.
- 3. Mix mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar, blend well; pour over broccoli.
- 4. Stir in sunflower seeds and bacon. Toss.
