2 pkgs. chopped frozen broccoli (cook/drain)
1 can cream of chicken soup (can use Healthy Choice)
1/2 C. grated sharp cheese
1/2 C. mayonnaise (can use reduced fat)
1 small onion chopped
1-sleeve Ritz crackers
1 stick butter or margarine, melted
Microwave frozen broccoli ‘til done (still firm) and drain. Mix together soup, cheese, mayonnaise, onion and broccoli. Place
in small casserole dish.
Crush one (1) sleeve of Ritz crackers fine. (Crush in baggy.) Mix with melted butter/margarine. Sprinkle on top of broccoli mixture.
Bake @ 325° (or, 350° if other stuff in oven) for 40 minutes.
