Broccoli Cheese Tart
1 can Campbell's® Condensed Broccoli Cheese Soup or 98% Fat Free Broccoli Cheese Soup
1/4 tsp. garlic powder or 2 cloves garlic, minced
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 cup shredded cheese, (Cheddar, Monterey Jack, mozzarella)
9" deep-dish pie crust
MIX soup, eggs, garlic, broccoli, onion and 1/2 cup cheese. Pour into pie crust.
BAKE at 350°F. for 45 min. or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Sprinkle remaining cheese around edge of tart. Bake 5 min. Let stand 5 min. Serves 6 to 8.
