BROCCOLI GINGER STIR-FRY IN PARCHMENT

Ingredients

  • 4 cups broccoli cut into bite size pieces
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped gingerroot
  • 1 big sheet of parchment paper

Directions

  • Spray nonstick cooking spray on parchment
  • Place all ingredients on parchment
  • Bring the long edges of parchment together and fold them down
  • Fold in short ends and crimp to seal
