- 4-5 cups raw broccoli, cut into florets
- 1/2 cup golden raisins
- 1 16oz. package bacon, cooked & crumbled
- 1 cup Hellmans mayonaise
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 6 Tbls. red wine vinegar
- Combine broccoli, raisins, and bacon in bowl. In separate bowl, combine mayo, sugar, and vinegar. Toss with broccoli mixture. Chill well.
NotesYou wouldn't think these ingredients would make for a great dish, but this is really yummy!
