BROCCOLI STEMS SAUTE'ED

Backstory

Did not feel like throwing away broccoli stems. Added cabbage stems, bok choy stems and other discarded stems of veggies. And Voila!

Ingredients

  • Broccoli stems
  • Cabbage core
  • Cauliflower leaves
  • Bok Choy stems
  • All together 2 cups (All cut into match stick sizes)
  • 1/2 cup onion diced
  • Sesame oil
  • Soy sauce
  • Salt, pepper

Directions

  • Saute all veggie stems in sesame oil along with onion. ensure all stems are fresh. Discard the hard parts. Cover and cook for 5 mins. (Check if cooked) Add salt, pepper and soy to taste. Serve hot as side dish.
