Broccoli Stems Saute'ed
Bok Choy stems
All together 2 cups (All cut into match stick sizes)
1/2 cup onion diced
Saute all veggie stems in sesame oil along with onion. ensure all stems are fresh. Discard the hard parts. Cover and cook for 5 mins. (Check if cooked) Add salt, pepper and soy to taste. Serve hot as side dish.
Pairs Well With
Did not feel like throwing away broccoli stems. Added cabbage stems, bok choy stems and other discarded stems of veggies. And Voila!
