Broccoli and Cheese Custard
1 bunch broccoli
1/4 cup butter
2/3 cup milk
1/4 cups Cheddar cheese, grated
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
Cook the broccoli for 10 minute. Drain and place the
broccoli in a shallow buttered casserole dish. In a blender container; blend the eggs, milk, cheese and pepper; pour the mixture over the broccoli. Set the dish in a pan of water, and place in oven to bake. Bake at 350-degrees for 30 minute or until firm.
