BackstoryWhen I worked we had some potluck lunches and a friend brought this salad.My husband and I love it and like for everyone to try it.
- 2 bunches broccoli washed and cut up in small pieces
- 1 can mandarin oranges
- 1 cup pecans
- 1 cup white raisins
- 1 red onion thinly sliced
- 1 cup mayonaise
- 2 T milk
- 2 T white vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- Mix mayo, vinegar,sugar and milk and pour over all above ingredients. Cover and shake bowl. Put in refridgerator and enjoy. Good for days if it lasts that long.
