BROILED SPECKLED TROUT

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 lb. trout fillets
  • 1 stk. butter
  • 2 ozs. Vermouth
  • Lemon pepper or lemon & herbs

Directions

  • Sprinkle fish with herbs.
  • Pour melted butter over the fish
  • in a baking dish. Broil about 4 "
  • from heat @ 450 degs. 6-7 mins
