- 2 lbs. boneless chicken pieces
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 2/3 cup vinegar
- 1/4 up lemon lime soda
- 2-3 tablespoons minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- Place chicken pieces in your slow cooker. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over the top of chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
- Serve with rice.
- Yields 4 servings.
