Brown Sugar Crinkles
3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) soft butter
1 cup C and H Golden Brown Sugar, packed
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon cloves
1/4 teaspoon salt
C and H Granulated Sugar
Cream together butter, brown sugar, egg and molasses until light.
Add dry ingredients and mix well.
Roll in 1-inch balls and dip on granulated sugar.
Place 3 inches apart on greased cookie sheets.
Bake in 375 degree oven 8 to 10 minutes.
