16 oz. pecan halves
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
Directions
Spread nuts on a foil lined cookie sheet
Melt butter in a sasucepan over medium heat
Add sugar, vanilla, and salt and stir one minute, then remove from heat
Pour over nuts, stirring to coat
Bake at 325 degrees for 25-30 minutes, stopping to stir halfway through
Remove from oven and spread onto wax paper to cool
