BROWNED BUTTER ICING
Browned Butter Icing
I call this icing cause it isn't really cooked and it's made with powdered sugar like royal icing.
This is great on an Oatmeal Cake.

PrintINGREDIENTS
- 1/3 cup Unsalted Butter
- 3 cups Powdered Sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 5 tsp Whole Milk
- Pinch of Kosher Salt
DIRECTIONS
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and continue to heat until butter turn a delicate brown color.
Remove from heat and stir in the powdered sugar, vanilla and milk.
