Serves a gathering | Prep Time 15min | Cook Time 1hour

Ingredients

3 tbsp olive oil
3 tomatoes chopped
1/2 pkg cream cheese
3 tbsp chopped fresh basil leaves
1 1/2 cloves garlic chopped
1 pkg herb and garlic feta (crumble it if not already)
1 pkg loaf sourdough bread, thickly sliced
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese


Heat the olive oil in saucepan


Mix in tomatoes, fresh basil leaves and garlic.


Cook and stir until heated and slightly tender about 5 minutes.


blend cream cheese with herb and garlic feta.


In a toaster lightly toast the sourdough bread slices.


sprinkle olive oil on top


Spread with the cream cheese mix.


Top with tomato mixture.


Sprinkle cheese.


serve
