Brussel Sprouts Au Gratin
1 T Butter
2/3 C Heavy Cream
1 garlic clove finely chopped
1.5 lbs Brussels sprouts, thinly sliced while raw
2 T grated parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 350, use butter to coat dish
Blend butter, cream, milk, garlic, salt & pepper.
Layer sprouts with mixture 3-4 layers (may need to make extra sauce)
Top with parmesan cheese
Cover and bake for one hour

In 2006, I couldn't make it home to Atlanta for Christmas. I had friends out in Phoenix that were also away from their family for the holiday, so we decided to have a pot luck dinner. This was one of the best dishes from that meal!
