Bubbly pulled BBQ Chicken sandwiches
16 oz boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup ketchup
12 ounces of coke soda
4 hamburger rolls
Combine ketchup and soda in a skillet.
Add the chicken breasts.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for about 5 minutes.
Turn chicken breasts, cook an additional 5 minutes.
Remove chicken from skillet continue cooking liquid until it thickens.
Meanwhile, shred chicken by pulling apart with two forks.
Add back to liquid.
Cook 2 more minutes and divide amound hamburger rolls.
