Budweiser Pork Chops
1 T margarine
4 center cut pork chops
1 (10 3/4 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (4 oz) an sliced, drained mushrooms
6 oz beer
2 T onion soup mix
Brown pork chops in margarine in a large skillet. Drain off the excess margarine. Mix all remaining ingredients in a bowl and pour over the pork chops in the skillet. Turn heat to low and cover. Simmer on low for 50 minutes.
Good served over rice. Asparagus is a good side dish.
