Buffalo Chicken Dip
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or use 2 cans chicken breasts in water- the large cans- no need to cook
1 - 12 oz bottle of Franks Hot Sauce
1 - 16 oz bottle/jar of Blue Cheese or Ranch Dressing
2 - 8 oz cream cheese - softened
1 - 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese - finely shredded
Boil chicken breasts for about 20 minutes or until done. Drain, cool, and shred. In a bowl toss chicken with hot sauce and then drain. (You can add 1 1/2 cups - 2 cups hot sauce and skip draining.)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Ina saucepan, combine the dressing and cream cheese over medium heat until smooth.
Layer chicken in 9x14 pan. Pour cream cheese mixture evenly over chicken and bake uncovered for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and top with grated cheese and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until cheese has melted.
Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
Serve with celery, pita chips, tortilla chips, or Fritos chips.
