BUFFALO POWER BURGER

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. Ground Sirloin, 80-85% lean
  • 1/2 cup Crumbled Blue Cheese
  • 1 cup Whey crisps
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup Chicken Wing Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Directions

  • SAUCE
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Buffalo Wing Sauce
  • In a large mixing bowl, mix together ground beef
  • and crumbled blue cheese.
  • Mix Whey crisps, egg, buffalo wing sauce, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Don't over mix.
  • Divide mixture into 4 equal parts and shape into burgers.
  • Grill over medium heat to desired temp, turning only once.
  • Mix the sauce ingredients together, set aside
  • Garnish with sauce before serving.
  • For the carb conscience, serve on bed of romaine and red onion.
  • Tip: You can replace sirloin meat for chicken or turkey
