INGREDIENTS

  • Servings: 4
  • For 4 people:
  • 1.5 lbs. beef steak
  • 10 spoonfuls of soybean sauce
  • 4 tsps sugar
  • 2 onions
  • 8 cloves garlic
  • 4 tsp sake (or dry sherry)
  • 2 grain tsp sesame
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp of soybean or canola oil

DIRECTIONS

Cut the steak into small quarters. Dice the onions and garlic and mix all ingredients (except the soybean oil) in an large bowl. Let set for 2 hours. Heat oil in a frying pan; cook the meat for about 2 minutes or until browned. Mushrooms and/or rice make a nice addition to the meal.
