Ingredients You'll Need

rice noodles
shrimp
bean sprouts
onion
lemon grass
mint
basil
cucumber
peanuts
oil
garlic


Directions

Boil noodles and set aside. Stir fry shrimp, onions, and bean sprouts with oil, garlic, and lemon grass. Pour stir fry over a bed of rice noodles and add fresh cucumber and herbs, and top with peanuts. Serve with nuoc mam sauce.
