- -4 oz cream of coconut
- -2 oz Kahlua
- -1 oz dark rum
- -1 oz creme de cacao
- -16 oz half and half
- -2 c ice
- -chocolate ice cream
DIRECTIONS
Blend all ingredients until well blended. Serve in a hurricane glass.

This is a cocktail made famous in Pensacola Beach, Florida. I left the Gulf Coast before I was old enough to try these, so as an adult I researched how to make them to bring a bit of the South to my annual Mardi Gras Party. The combination of coconut, coffee, cream, and rum is absolutely delicious, like a coconut mocha mudslide.
