BUTTER PECAN FROSTING

Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter -- softened
  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • 4 tablespoons whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Directions

  • For frosting, beat together first 4 ingredients until smooth and creamy.
  • Add pecans and frost cake.
  • Yields enough for a 9" cake
