Butter Pecan Frosting

 



This recipe goes with: Fresh Fig Cake

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter -- softened
  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • 4 tablespoons whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

DIRECTIONS

For frosting, beat together first 4 ingredients until smooth and creamy.


Add pecans and frost cake.


Yields enough for a 9" cake
