5 Tbls. flour
1 Cup whole milk
1/2 Cup butter
1 Cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
In small saucepan combine flour and milk; heat to boiling, stirrng constantly.
Boil and stir 1 minute until smooth and thickened.
Pour mixture into bowl; cover with waxed paper.
Refrigerate until cool.
In medium bowl, combine butter and sugar until
very smooth (not grainy).
Add cooled milk mixture and flavoring; mix until
icing is of spreading consistency.
