INGREDIENTS

  • Mix together:
  • 2 C. oil
  • 3 C. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • Then add:
  • 2 C. buttermilk
  • 1-1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 6 C. flour
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 3 tsp. baking powder
  • 1-1/2 tsp salt

DIRECTIONS

Thoroughly combine all ingredients. The mixture will be slightly runny.


Use a 1/3 C. measuring cup to spoon cookies onto an ungreased baking sheet.


This are big cookies - you'll probably only be able to get 6 on a sheet.


Bake at 375 for 7-8 minutes or until done.
