BUTTERMILK PIE

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 tbsp flour
  • 4 tbsp melted butter
  • dash salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 unbaked pie shell

Directions

  • Mix all dry ingredients together, add buttermilk, eggs and vanilla; mix well.
  • Add melted butter and coconut.
  • Bake at 350 until firm about 45 to 1 hour.
