Buttermilk Pineapple Sherbert
2 Cups buttermilk
1-20 Ounce can unsweetened crushed pineapple, undrained
3/4 Cup sugar
Whisk together all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Pour into a 9 inch dish. Cover and freeze for 4-5 hours or until mixture begins to harden, stirring occasionally. Remove from the freezer 30 minutes before serving.
