BUTTERNUT SQUASH AND PEAS

Ingredients

  • Butternut Squash
  • 1 bag frozen peas

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Slice Butternut Squash in half and cover each piece w/ foil paper
  • Bake for 1 hour
  • (butter nut squash can split for future use and kept frozen up to a month)
  • Boil Frozen Green Peas for 12 minutes
  • Mash squash and peas with fork
