Butterscotch Cheesecake Squares
1 pkg. (6 oz.) butterscotch chips
1/3 cup butter or margarine
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 cup chopped nuts (I used pecans)
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 can (14 oz.) condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
Preheat oven to 350º.
Melt butterscotch chips and butter. Stir in crumbs and nuts. Press half of mixture into bottom of 9x13 pan.
In large bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Beat in condensed milk, vanilla and egg. Mix well. Pour into prepared pan. Top with remaining crumb mixture. Bake 25-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
