- 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Combine brown sugar, whipping cream and butter in small saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until sugar is dissolved (5 to 6 minutes). Serve sauce over ice cream.
