- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. Karo syrup, light
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. red cinnamon candies
- Wash and stick apples.
- Boil rest of ingredients to hard crack stage, 300-310 degrees on candy thermometer.
- Quickly dip and place on wax paper.
